When will my order be shipped? Orders placed before 5:00 pm EST (if in stock) will go out the same day received (not including Saturday or Sunday). Privacy Policy? We hate spam as much as you do!! Your information will not be sold or shared. PERIOD! Return Policy? We hope to keep you as a customer. If you're not pleased with your purchase, send it back within 30 days and we will refund your money (minus shipping and handling). Please Note: Items must be in a resalable condition. No Halloween or Christmas Related Items can be returned within 10 days of the holiday. Payment Options? We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders. Out-Of-Stock Items? While we make every effort to ship each item you order, we occasionally run out of certain products. During the holiday season, any out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your order total and this will be reflected in your shipping confirmation e-mail (if you have provided an e-mail address). We apologize, but we are unable to accept back orders during the holiday season.  During the rest of the year, all backorders are fulfilled as soon as the out of stock item(s) comes back in, unless we are instructed otherwise, or the item has been discontinued. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that unauthorized persons cannot access it over the Internet. Will sales tax be charged on items I order? Only if your order is being shipped to New Jersey, then you'll be charged 7% of the sub total.
